About the client:

The Client is a digital network powered by blockchain technology that ensures data integrity, secures a single source of truth, and facilitates value exchange within the system. By connecting various stakeholders in the transport industry, such as shippers, carriers, and service providers, the client offers a range of services while also providing the opportunity to create and offer your own services on the network. Today we are a team of 20+ people and have plans to grow within the coming years. The client is owned by a bigger client.

Technical Competence:

Our tech stack:

  • Infrastructure in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) in Terraform
  • Blockchain with Hyperledger Fabric and Chaincode in GoLang
  • Backend microservices in Java with SpringBoot (run in Kubernetes clusters)
  • Frontend with React components

We encourage people to develop a T-shaped profile based on their skills and interests. Of course, we don’t expect all developers to know everything but rather have working experience in at least 2 of the parts, being very confident in 1 of them and most important, feel a responsibility for the whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain reusable, and reliable code using React for front-end and/or Java for backend development
  • Ensure robustness and resilience of applications through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and e2e)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, emphasizing the importance of testing in the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Being confident in DevOps and maintaining and deploying to production environment

Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience developing web applications
  • Experience within logistics and transport management is highly appreciated
