Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions using AI and machine learning to predict and proactively manage operational challenges.
  • Create architectural designs that incorporate predictive analytics and AI-driven insights, utilizing tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Vertex AI for machine learning model deployment and management.
  • Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are value-driven, delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their requirements, leveraging tools like ServiceNow for IT service management and workflow automation, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project management and collaboration.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and AIOps trends and advancements to apply them in solving business problems.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in software development, systems architecture, and integration, utilizing GCP & Azure for cloud computing and data management solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies, including but not limited to Vertex AI for machine learning model training and deployment in GCP or any Azure-equivalent.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Produce detailed technical documentation to support solution implementation and maintenance, utilizing tools documentation and communication workflows, and Confluence for collaborative documentation.
  • Communicate architectural decisions, plans, and strategies effectively to stakeholders and development teams using Jira for project tracking and issue management.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure implemented solutions meet industry standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold architectural principles and identify areas for improvement, using tools for monitoring and performance management.
