Assignment description

Our our client we are looking for a senior Project Manager to a SAP Roll out project.

The client is in the middle of a major transformation to become an industry leader within digital solutions and enabling operational excellence through digitalization. The goal is to optimize the business capabilities from E2E perspective and to develop business processes to deliver the best value to the client's customers.

As a consequence of the global SAP roll-out the client is setting up process governance including implementation of process and information roles, meetings and governance structure to escalate and flow information, issues, improvements and decisions efficiently and by that creating speed and agility.

To learn and improve, the client is starting up a pilot project so that they can scale the ways of working across other divisions.

The purpose is to implement:

• Consistent and transparent decision-making with clearer accountability and mandate.

• Better alignment between execution and strategic goals across the organization.

• More efficient collaboration and proactive issue resolution.

Requirements as Project manager:

- Processes , guidelines and frameworks are developed and maintained.

- Senior Project Manager experince

- SAP experience

- Change Management

- Drive progress and problem solving, take decisions, communicate and contribute to decision making.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as Project Manager you will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (on all levels).

- Are fluent in spoken and written English
