Idea and Objectives of Assignment:
Our customer are in need of an experienced consultant, with extensive experience of large and complex IT
implementation projects with impacts on the logistic processes, that will act as Logistic Project Manager and
responsible for the Logistic track.

Main areas of responsibility:
• Allocate and manage resources
• Apply project, change and service management methodology
• Drive communication and co-ordination including project status reporting
• Drive the projects within agreed scope, budget, resources and timing
• Ensure project documentation are created and communicated
• Increase quality and mitigate risk, manage scope change and expectation
• Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback to assigned resources in terms of
deliverables on what and how
• Resolve complex project related issues
• Understand business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solution, confirm financial proposal
of the project and drive change

Deliverables and delivery date: As agreed from time to time

B) REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in business with any of the following Supply Chain Management, IT management or a
related field is preferred.

Language skills:
Fluent English and Swedish in speech and writing, merit Danish in speech and writing

Competences and abilities:
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and order management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP Dynamics, Microsoft Office
• To lead a project team and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, and transportation operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Solution-focused with strong organizational skills.

Preconditions:
• If everything works well and if the working tasks from time to time allows it’s possible to work from
home for a maximum of 2 days/week. The first month will be 100% at the office.
