For our client we are searching for a senior SAP Test Manager.

Role summary:

The test manager is responsible for planning, managing, directing and coordinating the test activities in the project incl. functional, system and integration throughout the whole program.

Tasks

Define and follow-up progress against agreed test goals

Define and develop test strategy, test activities and responsibilities, test stages and methods, test cases and detailed schedulesDefine requirements and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management and test tool selection.

Review project deliverables (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling)

Manage status reporting and testing resources

Required skills

Extensive experience in SAP systems and test management, including SAP S/4HANA.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate testing teams.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and clear reporting on testing progress.

Expertise in defining test strategies, test cases, environments, and selecting appropriate tools. Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage risks, and ensure successful test execution.
