Our client has decided to review their current digital commerce platform. In that work it has been identified that external support is needed, and they are therefore looking for a consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to evaluate the existing digital commerce solutions, access its strengths and weaknesses, identify gaps pain points and improvement areas. Recommend target architecture that supports scalability, integration an operational efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed functional requirements for the proposed solution. The timeframe for this work is planned for two months.

• Proven experience in evaluating current-state e-commerce architectures and identifying gaps.
• Expertise in defining and designing target-state architectures in a complex IT landscape.
• Experience in engaging customer as an advisory role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecommerce capabilities transitioning from current state legacy to modern architectures.
• Ability to document and present architectural findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• High degree of experience in Sales & Ecommerce domain primarily in B2B set up in large industrial manufacturing
• Business Proficiency in leveraging Salesforce tools to bridge gaps in the current architecture.
• Knowledge of integration best practices to ensure smooth transitions between states.
• Hands-on experience in assessing the impact of architectural changes on business operations.
• Ability to collaborate with teams to implement and validate the target-state architecture.
• Ability to work in cross culture, multinational and hybrid team set up.
