Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to support an internal audit function at a leading Nordic-based financial institution during the execution of its EBA Stress Testing validation process for 2025.

You will play a key coordinating role in overseeing validation efforts across multiple streams and locations, and ensure that documentation, methodology compliance, and final reporting meet both internal and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the audit validation workstream (5–7 substreams) related to EBA Stress Testing
• Compile validation outcomes and produce final deliverables/memos for internal leadership and supervisory authorities
• Lead the validation of Net Interest Income (NII) and Actuals stress testing streams
• Collaborate closely with market risk validation teams and internal stakeholders across the Nordics
• Ensure documentation and work processes align with internal audit methodology and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with EBA Stress Testing from both banking and regulatory perspectives
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide risk management operating models in large, international banks
• Hands-on knowledge of banking book interest rate risk, NII modelling, and data stress testing frameworks
• Prior exposure to data flows and models used in firm-wide stress test environments
• Experience producing audit-ready documentation in accordance with internal audit practices
