We are looking for an Agile Lead / Scrum Master to our client.


At our client, they believe that great ideas grow better when nurtured in the right culture. They're on a journey of digital transformation, and are looking for an experienced Agile Lead / Scrum Master to support their cross-functional digital teams.

This role is essential in enabling value-driven, high-performing teams that help them build the digital backbone of their company — in alignment with their operating model, vision, and values.

You will be instrumental in embedding and evolving agile ways of working across their product teams, creating a strong foundation for effective collaboration and value delivery. Your mission will be to guide and support the team to:

  • Build great products with a clear user/customer-centric mindset.
  • Continuously improve their practices through feedback, empirical evidence, and agile principles.
  • Deliver consistently, transparently, and with impact.

What You’ll Do

  • As our Agile Lead / Scrum Master, you will:
  • Champion Scrum and agile practices in line with the IKEA Agile framework.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Scrums) and foster team collaboration.
  • Coach the teams (two teams) and stakeholders in lean and agile mindsets.
  • Track delivery flow, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of impediments.
  • Use data and agile metrics to support continuous improvement and learning.
  • Support Product Owners / Digital Product Leaders in organizing and refining the backlog and translating epics into actionable stories.
  • Encourage team ownership, psychological safety, and high performance.


What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with agile teams, particularly in Scrum.
  • A strong voice of Agile practices and Product ways of working.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams and guiding agile adoption at various levels.
  • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks, servant leadership, and team dynamics.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • A passion for digital product development and continuous learning.
