Software Engineer | Active Safety Platforms

Assignment description

For our client, we are looking for a Software Engineer.


We develop Active Safety Platforms with both Feature and Platform SW. For the Feature Development within Collision Avoidance lateral features, we are looking for a developer with experience of embedded SW. Someone who is familiar working in an Agile Scrum team, SW development and SW integration, interface updates and performing code reviews. We are using a CI/CD tool chain and development of automized SW tests are a part of our daily job. Work is done within cross-functional and cross-site teams and you should be able to take several tasks including SW/system requirements, development/implementation, integration, analysis and testing.

Feature Development (C++, Python). Embedded SW development and agile methods are a pre-requisite. Direct experience from developing Feature SW like Collision avoidance (LKA, AEB) is a highly valued merit.

5+ years from SW development of embedded safety critical systems, preferably within the automotive domain. You are familiar with GIT/Gerrit and req. management tools like codeBeamer or similar. If you have experience of Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 this is also highly credible.

You have the drive and energy to really do a good job, and you like to make a difference. You enjoy working in teams. You are curious, and like to work in complex systems. Structured, analytical and communicative. Independent and results oriented. Cooperative, pragmatic and with a clear drive. Being able to work also with unclear/changing context. Like helping and teaching others. Having discipline to attend and contribute in meetings.
