Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Project Leader with expertise in Product Development Process. In this role, you will lead projects to improve current Electrolux Product Development process, from opportunity assessment and requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team across the entire Electrolux Group, ensuring seamless integration and cooperation to deliver outstanding results.
What you'll do:
- Identify and assess improvement opportunities, actively driving towards Process Excellence
- Define requirements, project scope and timelines
- Coordinate and motivate team members, that consists of internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, assuring alignment and providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance to key stakeholder and Steering Committee.
- Establish and track key success metrics
- Analyze data, compare ways of working and benchmark different process flow to improve/optimize current one.
- Support training initiatives, and prepare training materials
Who you are:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with hands-on expertise of all aspects of the Product Development, from strategy to maintenance, across the organizational functions including. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in consulting, process and applications or software vendor companies, with a focus on execution, planning and development processes, as well as a high business understanding.
The candidate should be a proficient problem-solver, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating internal processes. Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals are crucial.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business management, or a related field is required.
- At least 5-8 years of project management experience in product development / process management.
- Exceptional communication, management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting effective project meetings, workshops, and conferences, both live and online.
- Expertise in business process mapping and business requirement analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management tools and their integration with enterprise-level systems as tools used for project execution (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Miro)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
