ThingWorx Developer

Assignment description

For our client we are looking for a ThingWorx Developer.


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ThingWorx Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of ThingWorx applications using the PTC ThingWorx Navigate. The candidate should have deep expertise in ThingWorx, strong integration experience with PLM systems like Windchill, and a passion for building scalable, secure solutions.


Key responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop advanced IoT applications using ThingWorx Foundation and ThingWorx Navigate.
  • Design and implement ThingTemplates, ThingShapes, Mashups, Services, and Data Models.
  • Experience with creation of custom Windchill Rest services
  • Competency with Rhino Javascript
  • Good to have working knowledge of Windchill
  • Integrate ThingWorx with enterprise systems such as Windchill
  • Stay current with ThingWorx platform updates and emerging IoT technologies.
  • Knowledge of Bitbucket, confluence and other Atlassian Tools


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in ThingWorx.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of PLM systems, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with ThingWorx Navigate, Windchill integration, and custom Navigate App development.
