Project Manager – Financial Consolidation & Reporting System Implementation
We are looking for a experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system focused on financial consolidation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership experience across IT, business, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead coordination between key stakeholders in IT, business functions, and the software vendor.
- Maintain project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support change management and facilitate smooth user adoption.
This is a key role in driving a successful technology transformation in finance. You will be instrumental in managing complex dependencies and ensuring project momentum from initiation to go-live.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working closely with IT, finance, and external implementation partners.
- Familiarity with financial consolidation, group reporting, or ERP implementation is an advantage.
- Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP (Project Management Professional), or PMI-ACP is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based systems and change management practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
