SAP S/4 HANA Workstream lead – IT stream
Billerud, a leader in the Paper and Pulp industry, is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP). Our aim is to optimize our business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance our data management capabilities.
Early 2024, the Atlas program started the Design of the first release covering the areas of Finance, Tax, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Maintenance and we are now closing in on go-live in November this year. Key focus is to ensure harmonized processes over the 9 mills (6 in Europe and 3 in North America) and work closely with stakeholders within Billerud Operations.
This request is for a Workstream lead for “IT” to continue, and strengthen, the work. The role is responsible for the full delivery of the workstream and dependencies with other areas and ensuring the best solution for Billerud – from a business and system perspective. The work will be done in close collaboration with other workstreams within the Atlas program.
Main location is Solna Office, but Billerud has operations spread out in mainly Sweden, Finland and the US. Some travel will be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to Global Process Owner for IT and Atlas program management
- Plan and Lead the successful delivery of the project workstream “IT” including topics such as
- IT processer
- IT system decommissioning
- IT documentation
- IT change and receiving organization leadership
- IT support model/governance
- IT security and controls / roles
- IT training coordination
- Coordinate with other relevant workstreams in Atlas and in Billerud business
- Work closely and coordinate for other type of topics such as hypercare and business continuity
- Work closely and coordinate with our SI-partner (Deloitte)
- Provide and ensure Billerud context and expertise and ensure best possible solution, process and system, for Billerud.
- Not only including SAP, but also relevant integrated legacy systems and processes.
- Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution gaps (process and system) together with SI-partner, business and IT team.
- Ensure stakeholder collaboration (for example reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.
- Secure communication and collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Lead, plan work and coordinate resources within workstream
- Being an ambassador for the new solution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA are advantageous
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in project management; with focus on IT enablement in maintenance, governance, processes and organization. Preferably in manufacturing sectors but not required.
- ITIL and ITSM tool experience
- Experience with SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with both custom-built and ERP-systems, and a strong understanding of their challenges.
- Its very important that the candidate has proven work experience from a line IT organization for example as AM lead, Service manager, Helpdesk manager. Not only project management experience.
